1.Cutting the bamboo without damaging its natural environment.
2. Splitting the round bamboo stalks into wedges.
3. Stripping the wedges into rectangular strips.
4. Carbonizing a portion of the strips to create the rich caramel color.
5. Drying the bamboo to give it high structural stability.
6. Assembling the strips into boards.
7. Pressing the boards to bond the strips together.
8. Milling the boards into planks
9. Coating the planks into wear resistant flooring.
