Each plank of ecostrong solid flooring is made of multiple individual pieces of bamboo pressed and glued together. The separate pieces are arranged together to form the plank so that the direction and density of the grain is varied. Thus, any structural change in a single piece is
off-set by an equal but opposite change in the surrounding pieces. This makes ecostrong bamboo highly resistant to shrinking, swelling, warping, and cracking. |
